Hockey Thank You – Eli Orille

It’s been a fantastic journey with the Kansas City Stars for almost ten years.  Each time I step on the ice, I am taught the lesson to be grateful for the opportunity given to me by my coaches and my teammates.  Playing this game, I truly enjoyed the cheers from parents, friends and family in the stands. Those are the best! I will truly miss all these.

I appreciate my coaches who believed in me and gave me opportunities to play and inspire me to become better.

I would also like to thank my parents and my sister who have always supported and cheered for me all these years.

I also thank my friends and teammates that I have grown up with and that I played with.  You are all lifelong friends that I cherish.  I hope we can play again together in the future.

As my last season of high school hockey comes to a close, I will remember all the amazing experiences this sport has given me knowing that it has been such an influential part of my life.  In the future, I plan to pursue a career in Computer Science and I hope to continue my journey of playing hockey in some form.
